Bryan and Nancy Martin are certified, AKC Registered professional dog show handlers, based out of Vernon Hills, Illinois.
Dogs, dog shows, and dog handling are their passion.
Bryan and Nancy travel throughout the continental
United States and across the globe, presenting dogs of all breeds in both National and International competitions - averaging more than 150 shows every
year. Both of these very talented and experienced handlers have earned the highest of honors in the sport of purebred dogs, achieving multiple Specialty and All-Breed Best in Show wins at many of the most prestigious shows throughout United States and in global competition.

Highlighting the "Grand Champion"!
On May 12, 2010, the American Kennel Club began offering a new conformation title, the Grand Champion, which was made available to AKC Champions of record. A Special Note of Congratulations goes out to the following show champions that have completed the requirements and recently been awarded the honor of being a "Grand Champion".

28-29 August 2010 - Ending out the month of August, Bryan hangs out closer to home and attends the Elgin Kennel Club show weekend, earning some nice Group placements with Timmy, Riker, Reese and Sally! And a New Champion title for Hannah, the Japanese Chin, owned by Marc D. Nickl and John A. Brooks, DVM. Congratulations! |
20-22 August 2010 - Bryan makes the trip up north to Marshfield, Wisconsin, for a three day weekend and starts out Friday and Saturday with multiple Group placements with various dogs, and ends the weekend with a Best in Show for Reese, the Tibetan Terrier!! Congratulations to owners Nikkie Kinziger, Barbara Bruns and Wolfgang Stamp on another BIS win for their boy!! |
13-16 August 2010 - Bryan and Nancy are together for a four-day weekend of shows in Wisconsin and start the Friday off with a Group 1 win with Timmy, the Basset Hound! The weekend looks fine so far! On Saturday, Sally takes the Herding Group! And the weekend ends up with a second Hound Group 1 win for Timmy, the Basset Hound! |
06 August 2010 - Nancy took a day trip to West Burlington, Iowa, and returned home with a Group 1 win for Reese, the Tibetan Terrier, and multiple group placements with Wicket, Sally and Riker! It was a long day, but one filled with many wonderful wins! |
05-08 August 2010 - Bryan and Timmy arrived in Canfield, Ohio, for the "Steel Valley Cluster" of shows and started out Thursday with a Hound Group 2 placement!! A wonderful way to begin the cluster weekend! On Friday, Bryan and Timmy competed at the Basset Hound Club of Western Pennsylvania Specailty show and earned Specialty Best of Breed honors at Friday evening's show, topping the Hound Group 3 placement earned earlier in the day! Saturday had another Specialty Best of Breed for Timmy, and Sunday's show resulted in a Hound Group 4 placement. A grand weekend for Timmy, the Basset Hound!

02-03 August 2010 - Hot. Cool. Breezy. Rainy. A typical summer day at the dog show! Major points, numerous winners ribbons and multiple group placements contribute to a great couple of days in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. |
01 August 2010 - The weather continued to be a bit extreme, with a very hot and humid day having developed in Waukesha, Wisconsin! But the dogs really come through, as Reese, the Tibetan Terrier takes home the rosette for top win in the Non-Sporting Group! Two new Champion titles are earned today as well. We have New CH. Iva, the Spinone Italiano, owned by Allison Schultz, and the second one for New CH. Oblong, the Polish Lowland Sheepdog, owned by Barbara Bruns and Wolfgang Stamp. Congratulations to all of our winners on this day! |
31 July 2010 - Rainy weather in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and muddy show grounds! But through it all, we have a new Champion with Gracie, the Wirehaired Dachshund and major points on Tailor, the Soinone Italiano! |
30 July 2010 - It was a wonderful day at the Greater Milwaukee Samoyed Fanciers Specialty Show in Wisconsin, where Sammantic Nancy goes Winners Bitch for the five point major win and earns her Championship title! Congratulations to Barbara Bruns and Wolfgang Stamp on this great win for their girl! |
24-25 July 2010 - Heading to the wonderful state of Wisconsin and the Paper Cities Kennel Club weekend of shows. We start out Saturday with Group 1 wins for Reese, the Tibetan Terrier, and Sally, the Polish Lowland Sheepdog, and a few additional group placements added for good measure! We end the weekend with a BEST IN SHOW WIN with Reese, the Tibetan Terrier! Congratulations to owners Nikkie Kinziger, Barbara Bruns and Wolfgang Stamp on this fantastic honor. |
16-18 July 2010 - A great weekend in Belvidere, Illinois, with Group 1 wins by Timmy, the Basset Hound, and Sally, the Polish Lowland Sheepdog, numerous Group placements and a new Champion title earned by Stewie, the Japanese Chin! Congratulations to owners Jennifer Stevens, Maripi Wooldridge, Ian Watt and David Anderson on their new titleholder! |
10-11 July 2010 - Back in Illinois at the Greater DeKalb Kennel Club shows for the weekend! Reese, the Tibetan Terrier, earns two big blue Rosettes for winning the Non-Sporting Group on both Saturday and Sunday! Others adding to the colors of the rosettes earned with many additional Group placements over the show weekend as well! |
03-04 July 2010 - It has been a fantastic weekend in Wisconsin at the Kettle Moraine shows, with Group winners including Reese (the Tiebtan Terrier), Wicket (the Otterhound). Timmy (the Basset Hound) and Riker (the Samoyed). There were also numerous Group placements, Best of Breed winners and two New Champion titles earned - for Juanito, the Portuguese Water Dog with congratulations to owner Isabel Viera, and for Phoebe, the Papillon with congratulations to owner Mary Loucks..
What a great way to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday weekend!
